How to back up WiFi networks and passwords?

Since WP8 doesn't backup the WiFi Networks you've been connected to, is there any way to backup those.
If you full reset your phone, or you are changing devices, that lack of that backup, frustrates.

I want to full reset my Lumia 820 and have so many important WiFi spots that I need to backup.
I've been searching for a while, but no real solution.

How can there not be a way I can never understand.
But is there any way to see saved passwords from WiFi networks?

Privacy concerns. Google just got hit by this backup feature recently in a big way. MS is smart to not tread this troubled water.
These settings are controlled by OS and not exposed to apps. So, there is no other way to get to it. If you want to use some else's wifi network, the best way is to ask permissions each time instead of try to use it forever.
