How to change default file handler / open an attachment with a specific app (RSA)?

Anyone know how to open the RSA token email attachment with the RSA app? This used to be very easy, just open the attachment. I now get directed to the store but I already have the app installed. Store says no app available.

This is on Windows 10 Mobile
