I bought Windows phone Dev Account Using other Billing accout info since I don't have a credit card, the credit card owner is from U.S. I want to change my Coutry/Region, so that I can Add Bank Account base in my Country. And I want to turn off dev Renewal since Credit Card is not mine. Thanks For your help.
