How to connect to Reliance 4g jio sim in Windows 10 phone?

As i am the user of Lumia 640 XL Lte and i am unable to find any jio app in windows store. So guys if you are using Reliance jio 4g sim in windows phone, so please guide me.

Hi friends i am using lumia 1320 & jio sim is working fine how i will explain you.you cannot place a call but you can use internet,just create apn and pur you settings into roaming thats it u can see network bar full and you can use internet only.

1) Firstly insert Jio Sim.
2) Now Start Your Phone & instantly enable "Airplane Mood/Flight mode".
3) Goto Network Settings Option Of Your Phone.
4) Network & Wireless.
5) Mobile & SIM / Cellular & SIM.
6) Sim settings > Highest Connection Speed : 4G.
7) Add Internet APN.

• Profile – jionet
• APN – jionet
• Type of sign-in info - Automatic
• IP Type: IPv4v6
• Select - Use this APN for LTE and Replace the one for any mobile operator.
• Apply this profile.
• Save.

8) Turn off "Flight Mode".
9) Enable Cellular Data.
10) Access Your Internet.
