How to delete build files (Windows not automatically deleting)

So, I was getting ready to install Build 14926 on my Lumia 640 when I read about some issues with PIN login etc and decided to back out, so I switched back to the Release Preview ring. The build had already downloaded. Now, all 1.15 GB of it is still sitting on my device's internal storage, and there is no way I can see to delete it.

Does anyone know if I can, for instance, activate Developer Mode and browse the hidden storage areas of the phone, so I can delete this build?
