How to delete temperary files that i cannot see on the phone?
I have a lumina 635 I was trying to clear my data off and it says I cannot delete the music files the ringtone files documents videos and ringtone files they say that they are empty and nothing in them but when I try and delete empty folder it says that I cannot delete files they are storage write protected. also I use internet exploer on it not chrome but always give me a error say chrome is out of date. One more issue is that I always errors telling me my email is no longer active or I think someone took over my outlook account says I cannot change cause I am not the owner? please help I think Im hacked or tripping. thank you
