How to disable Call barring in Lumia 525?

I'm trying to take an international call but it keeps displaying an error "Your Call barring setting don't allow a call to this number. Disable call barring and try calling again". I tried to find the option to diable Call barring in Settings but couldn't. Can anyone help me to disable call barring please?

Your cellular service provider needs to re-provision your SIM card. They can do it if you call their service line and explain the problem.
