How to disable Data Usage notification sound?

Hi, I set up my monthly data limit to 250MB. I used only 72MB but my Lumia 830 keeps sending me an annoying notification telling me that I'm near my data limit.

How can I disbale the notification or at least the sound it makes?

I looked in notification center but couldn't see Data Usage in the list of Apps that I can disable notifications for.

Further to this, Data Usage considers that I'm near my limit and therefore restrict my background usage. BUT I'm not near my limit. I have 3/4 of the way to go before being near my limit.

Note: I'm using Windows 10. I never had this issue with Data Sense on Windows 8.

I guess that is bug with Data Usage. I simply disabled usage setting. So Notification stopped, and data started working in background.
