How to disable this Edge annoying Welcome screen?

Microsoft Edge takes to me this website every time I open Edge after force closing it. Is there any registry edit hack or something?
I am on Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update.
Version 1607
OS build 10.0.14393.2363
