How to Download EPUB files as .epub and not as .zip

Hi Folks,

Have an issue which has been troubling me for a long time.

There is a website which I often use to download ebooks which is ebooks3000.com, problem is whenever I try to download nay ebook which is in .epub or .mobi either the file does not gets downloaded or it gets downloaded as a .zip filem which when unzipped shows files as .html and .jpg not the book itself.

Could someone help me how to get past this??

I normally use Internet Explorer and UC Browser.
Issue in Lumia 525 Windows 8.1

Well first of all, going to said website results in a derth of spam and popups on the phone.

Have you tried downloading on a PC as generally such websites are a treasure trove for malware and adware.

Normally I wouldn't mind checking on a pc myself but on this occasion I'm going to pass lol.

Have you tried to simply rename the Zip file back to epub? (e.g. myboog.zip -> mybook.epub).
