How to extract XAP or install data from an installed app on lumia?

i want to extract xap from apps installed on my phones so i can install the same on my other phones also just to save mobile data.

Like in android Clean master does this.

This doesn't seem to be possible with Windows Phones at the moment, since being able to do this is a major security flaw by giving unwanted entities access to app data, e.g. for apps that are installed on an SD Card.

You can't copy the already installed apps, it won't work. WP is so secure.
However you can download XAP from internet, and copy it to your phones SD Card. If the XAP is verified then it's installable.
In WP8/8.1 you can open Store and there is option to install App from SD card.
In W10M you can install it from Files (or any file explorer), just open it and install it.
