How to fix error: 0x80048bf5 with Outlook mail on Windows 10 mobile, 10586.29

I'm using a lumia 950 XL and have a third party email provider, once the account was setup, I was able to receive emails but not send any. I just get error code: 0x80048bf5

The settings used are correct as I spent hours on the phone with my email provider and these settings worked great on old lumia 920 with 8.1 on it and are working fine on Windows live email.

From researching for hours, this seems to be the same problem that the desktop version of outlook suffered from last year which had something to do with IMAP protocol. Please fix this for the mobile version.

Just for your information. We are not Microsoft. We are a fan based website so we can not fix this.
Ps I have the same problem for my KPN (dutch provider) email.

Hi I am getting the error code: 0x80072efd (picture attached) on my Lumia 830 (10586.71) only for my uni email. All other email accounts works perfectly. What happens is that out of now where my uni email stops syncing and when I try to manually sync I get this error. After a day or so, it start to sync my email as normal. I had this issue in the previous build as well. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
