How to fix error c101b000

I have a Lumia 640 8.1 update 2. After resetting my phone thinking that would help stop error c101b000 I've found that it made it extremely bad because now all my apps needed to be updated and when I tried error c101b000 popped up again and now it wont let me download anything. if it can be fixed soon it would be greatly appreciated.

It's a usual error that has more in common with the Windows Store itself than your device. It happens every now and then and all you can do is cancel every store download and wait some minutes until everything is okay again. So that's it, try to update your apps in a few minutes.
