Change your country to 'United States' and your language to 'English (US)' and speech language to 'English (US)' and just restart. You will find Cortana in your apps.

First of all you have to change your region to United States and then choose language to English US and then update your phone and restart it thats it

Now if you have Cyan , in Pakistan or any other country beside USA , UK , India and China , you must be looking for Cortana , Microsoft Mobile?s Personal assistant which will put Siri to shame.
Getting Cortana on you Windows Phone Mobile is very simple , all you have to do is follow the steps below
Change Language to English (United States )
Change Region to English (United States )
Change Speed to English (Unites States)
Restart your phone and you will find Cortana when you press Search and also in the app list
Don?t forget to ask her to sing you a song or tell you a joke , Cortana is mad entertaining.
