how to hidden recived call number and names of contact when call me if phone is lock ?

some contact call me I whant hidden from other only show in private when me open by irrs scan or pin code !
my mobile is Lumia 950.

Follow up question. Does it show on Lock Screen when you pull down the Action Center? or Does it show on Lock Screen as a Banner?

If the latter, then turn off Banner style notifications for phone.
