How to know if my lumia 920 has been flashed

hi everyone. So I got my phone online, which was claimed to be Hong Kong's version, but then i found out that the carrier is UK EE. The real problem is, I live in asia, and EE is the slowest to release updates, and it's really frustrating to be mind tortured by EE even though i'm not really an EE user. So i was thinking maybe the seller flashed my phone before handing in to me. I was wondering how to check if my phone is running stock firmware. If it is not, how to know which firmware it's originally running? I may considering flashing it to its original stock firmware.

Download Nokia Software Updater for Retail 3.0.8 and it will give you your product code and the correct firmware for that phone, regardless of what it's been flashed with
