How to party chat!!

Seem very tough to get a party going. Sometimes it say can't connect please try again later

Yeah I get the same thing sometimes. It seems to be a little inconsistent at the moment. I also dislike the fact when you invite someone or accept an invite into a party you still have to turn on the party chat to talk. I think it is stupid. If I invite someone or join a party I want to be able to talk to them immediately I don't want to push another button to do that.
