How to prevent a OS update?

My Nokia 930 has downloaded Win10 through Windows Inside.
As my current Win8.1 runs smoothly, while Win10 is still buggy, I do not want the phone to automatically install the new OS.
Unfortunately, I have a message saying that on May 18 at 3.00 am the update will occur anyway.

How can I prevent this?
How do I delete Win10?

When this happened to me.I had to hard reset.There doesn't seem to be any other way to stop it

Hard reset or use the WPRT program on laptop

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the WPRT program? Would this allow me to get rid of Win10 without performing the hard reset?

The WPRT program or Windows Phone Recovery Tool will revert your phone back to 8.1, I'd suggest backing up whatever stuff you can before performing this though. This and hard reset are the only ways to avoid installing the new win10 build.
