How to restore wireless connection?

[Windows Central Question]

I have had the ability to transmit from my Laptop to my TV via my ROKU unit wirelessly for at least 2 yrs and suddenly now I cannot.
I do not have a physical adapter to "Plug In"
Net Zero Config doesn't exit in the registry
NOW WHAT???
