How to save all contacts which are in Microsoft 535 if I am not able to access its MS account ?

I added another Outlook account and gmail account also but still the contacts are not attached.

In the account settings you have a slider to turn on Syncing of Contacts. Make sure this is on if you want contacts to be copied between the phone and an account.
