How to solve my Lumia 930 doesn't work, only show the Windows logo and always restart

Please help me to solve my case. My Lumia 930 doesnt work, i try to change the battery itsnt work too.. What should i do?

just today i got the same problem. While trying to get a photo taken, the phone started to restart by itself and stuck on logo. this was for about 15 minutes. after trying different buttons compilation and battery cooled down it was working fine until i tried to use the camera again (also happened when opened viber) and started doing it again. i Dont know why this happened but its not good. I really like this model and i dont want to buy a new one at the time. If anyone has an idea/info would be appreciated

Mine to, month ago. Restart loop, tried all solution, none work.
Ended at service center, they said hardware issue.
As I can remember, facing this restart loop after last windows update.

i sent mine to a local service center and after several days and times resending it back (insisted it was software problem ) technician came to the conclusion that its the battery because seems to be working fine once on the charger but when off it gets restarts and looping. its a bit strange
