How to start up new Chinese 640 in English?

OK, I just got a new 640 from Never MSRP on eBay. When I start it up, it's in Chinese! How do I switch to English so I can see what it's telling me? There's no way to bring up a main menu, settings or language switcher. Please tell me I didn't just throw away $200! They don't tell you this when you buy the phone...thanks.

P.S. I tried a hard reset, that doesn't work either, it still comes up in Chinese.

Study Chinese first then find the way to set the English in settings>language > add language >english

The language setting is about 30th on the list, then after that, tap add languages then English

The English (US) is 29th on the list after you tap +add keyboards

P.s. You didn't waste money, mine is from hongkong but Its in English now

There is no way to get to the settings, if there was, I would know how to change the language. This is a brand new phone, the Settings or basic Windows Phone screens do not work yet, nothing has been set up. It immediately comes up in Chinese. I tried a hard reset, it still comes up in the first screen in Chinese. Here is a photo of the very first screen.

OK, got it, Never MSRP got me straightened out. Here is a pic, all you have to do is choose a different language by touching this bar!
