How to take action shots in Lumia 830

Hi everybody. I am using Lumia 830 running Windows 10 technical preview. Since Lumia camera classic & Pro Cam is not available for my device then can anyone explain me how to take action shots like taken in these two apps? Please help me.

check your store under my library to see if you can download those two apps. Recently a lot of apps that couldn't download have been available for download
