How to view IE history on win 8 tablet?

I have WinBook Win8 tablet and never could figure out how to view browsing history. does it even save history? if it does how to open it? im tired of adding almost every website to favorites "just in case". my favorites is messy now
im using the metro mode (I think that's what's it is called. not a desktop mode)

To view history, You have to go to the desktop version and press CTRL-H
