HTC 8s light leak from bottom of screen

Hey, just wondering if this is normal? I know this phone is aimed at the mid range market, but it is very annoying & was not expecting it.

It's worse on white backgrounds with brightness set to high.

Should I exchange it? I've had it for 3 days.

Nah, Lumia 920 has that too. I've had 8 of them and all have had it. Let it go

My 8S has the same thing so I believe it's normal.
