HTC 8x - Last Windows Phone 10 broke my cell phone

Hello,

Today I received a notification: "New update ready to be installed Windows Phone 10 (Preview)".

I press "Ok"!

1) My cell phone was rebooted
2) I see the bar progress
3) After that... my cell phone was rebooted again.
4) And now... appears the HTC icon....then at&at icon and the cell phone is rebooted

Windows Phone 10 is not starting!
What's happening?

regards
gm

Maybe because you installed it unofficially on an unsupported device?

Did you even read the instructions and warning before signing up for insider preview?

I thought the 8X wasn't even allowed in the Insider program to date.

Re: HTC 8x - Last Windows Phone 10 broke my cell phone

You can download the tech preview on the HTC 8X but I definitely wouldn't suggest it. Scaling is screwed up and there have been constant reboots on mine. Not to mention the home screen basically never loading...

I'll have to see if I can reset my phone and see if that helps, but I'd say your best bet would be to hook it up to the software recovery tool and see if that works.
