HTC 8x, no update 8.1 or cortana?

Hi everyone

I have a HTC 8x (europian version) set up for windows phone dev. previeuw. However, I haven't got any updates in more then 2 months. Windows phone 8.1 update 1 isnt yet available on my Phone and also Cortana isn't there. (Even when it's released in the UK, all my region settings are right)

Are there more HTC 8x users with the same problem?

no new updates but Cortana working fine - hard reset made a huge difference- In the US

I have 8X too and still waiting for the 8.1.1 but I have Cortana setting region USA and language English, I am from Guatemala
