HTC Footprints

Is anyone familiar with this app? I just bought my son an EVO 4G phone. It is gorgeous!! There's an app on their called "Footprints" that I've read about and really like. I found a place to download the app as a .cab file. My concern is will it work on a TP2 with WM6.5 or any TP2? I would appreciate any input before I attempt to install. Thanks
