HTC HD7 Wifi problem

hey guys recently i got a problem with HTC HD7 wifi it stop working after a few min .

i mean i can turn on wifi and connect to any wifi but only for a bit of time like 2 min then it will stop working and sometimes much longer up to 10 min and then the wifi page will freeze up and i will have to remove the battery to get it work again.

things i have tried :

Hard reset .

installed Custom ROM Deepshings as well as Dynamics 2.2 and some others but still none of them worked so far . and i have tried different Radios but none of them made any changes .

so i was wondering is this related to Hardware or a software problem ?

and i did nothing to my Device it just happened randomly.

Does this happen with all WiFi networks or only certain ones? What type of security are the networks using?

its not network problem it happens once i open the wifi not even connected to any network .so it doesnot matter whether i am connected or not .just if opened the wifi and let it on for a while it will freeze on the screen i still can use Home button but once i back to Wifi again it will freeze then i have to reinsert the battery again .
