I can not upgrade to windows phone 8.1, the developer account does not work!

I followed all instructions to upgrade to windows phone 8.1, through the app studio ... put my microsoft account, gave the permissions of the application, but when I go to enter the account in app preview developers, it shows the following image:


anyone know how to solve? :amaze:

and ta worth your while to upgrade? I'll get to use normally, as was with the windows phone 8?

there are certain steps to be followed prior.
firstly, have u activated ur developer account though a PC?
secondly, there is a preparatory update of 2 MB which was issued long ago, and not day before yesterday. have u installed that?
and thirdly, u must restart ur phone every time after update, before going further.
check and let us know, what happens.

the first time I created the account on PC, but I took the account and permissions of app studio, and did again through the phone, did not work.
The phone not found any updates for these days.

when u install Preview for Developers app, it installs a 1st update of approx. 2 mb, which unlocks ur phone. then other updates start showing up.
