I cannot Download Facebook Beta app for W10M

How come I cannot search for Facebook Beta when I am in the Store on my Lumia 830 running the latest W10M?

I did try the link found in another forum but it wont let me click on Get the App from the Desktop.

P.S. Is it worth using the Beta? Is it stable? If so, I will uninstall the production version as it will cause duplicates in the People app.
