I cannot remove UK Keyboard

I am supposed to have only two languages: US English and Thai, but a UK Keyboard popped out of nowhere and it is not listed in one of the keyboard languages. I can't seem to remove it. It is very annoying when I try to change languages with the grave accent. How can I get rid of it?

what region is your phone set to and is the language setting set to match region?
