I forgot my lock screen password. HELP Please!!!

I have a Dell Venue Pro Windows phone and changed my password because my sister found out what my password was. That was yesterday and I can't remember what I changed it to since I was in such a big hurry.I forgot my Live ID in Windows Phone 7
I've bricked my PHONE !
Zune error message: C101002E

Is there a way to reset my whole phone perhaps?

Restart the phone, when it vibrates press the volume down. After, you will see a triangle with ab exclamation sign. Press these: Volume up, Volume down, Power button, Volume down. And it will reset the phone..

what do you mean when it vibrates?

What he means is turn the phone off and then turn it back on and when you feel the vibration press the volume down button.

Will Zune not download data from your phone without unlocking it because as I remember it does, download all data to pc and then hard reset your phone its the only way as far as I know. You could always try @winphonesupport on twitter see if there is anything they can do for you!
