I had Office 2016 installed by the Best Buy tech's. In Outlook 2016 I do not find Contacts.

I cannot find Contacts in my Outlook 2016 program. Can you help me locate it or should I contact Best Buy, who installed the whole Microsoft Office 2016 group of programs?
