I have a Nokia 630 and the screen is frozen. It will receive a call but cannot open to talk. What should I do, how can I fix this?

I have a Nokia 630 and the screen is frozen. It will receive a call but cannot open to talk.

I have tried the suggested soft restart with no improvement.I have removed the battery also with no result.

Did you drop your phone or do you see a crack in the touch panel?
