I have a problem. Help me friends

Hi friends,

I am having nokia lumia 520. Bought it last month. Suddenly my music files and video files has been multiplied. First it was multiplied by 2 times but now it is 6 times multiplied. when i play duplicate music files i get error code as 80070003. but it plays. How to clear this issue? And also sometimes even I lock the phone, it gets unlocked automatically. I dont know when it happens. And sometimes the display get big. means everything getting bigger than screen size and cant see anything properly. Please suggest me answers friends. Thanks in advance.

Yes, there is some problems like music duplication in WP8. Backup the music and then format the SD Card or remove the music completely if its in Phone memory and paste the backup again to the phone memory or SD Card and then all the duplicates will be removed. Sorry for this long process but there is no other way to remove duplicates.

And screen size will get bigger if Screen Magnifier is enabled. This means that if you double-tap the screen with two fingers, it will get magnified. To disable it, go to Settings -> ease of access and disable the Screen Magnifier.Hope this was helpful .

I contacted Nokia Support related to this.. They said that the issue is caused due to unavailability of Xbox Cloud in India. This will be fixed in amber update.

Hi gowtham,

I too had the same problem with the duplication when i capture a photo it shows me as two photos in camera roll but where as in desktop it show me a single pic and when i take a screen shot it also the same thing and i format my sd card a couple of times and i again copy a new data but it shows me the same thing. Is there any solution
