i have sad smiley on my htc 8x

i factory reseted my htc 8x and i saw a sad smiley with blue backgroung on the phone. i know how to do the hard reset though, but my volume + and volume - is broken. i cannot find any immediate repairer to hekp me fix this phone. do you have any application that could detect my phone straight away without pressing the volume - and the power switch?? please i have my project work on this phone and i need an immediate assistance . thank you:unhappysweat::unhappysweat::unhappysweat::unhappysweat::unhappysweat::unhappysweat:

Have you tried using the 'Windows Device Recovery Tool' on a laptop/pc to recover your phone?
