I have Stars Wars Commander on my Windows phone 10, why am I unable to retrieve my saved games from Facebook?

I have stars wars commender on my windows phone 10

When I click sign in to facebook to retrieve my save game I get the message "You have already authorised Stars Wars Commander" I click Ok and nothing happens
