I have the Amber ROM still on my PC, can I flash my 920 from WP8.1 back to Amber?

I have the Amber French ROM on my pc.
I used it to flash 2 phones from Amazon to the Amber French which then updated to Black.

My question is, can I flash my 920 which was upgraded to the developer preview WP8.1 back to Amber and have updated to Black? Or will I brick my phone.

Yes you can but it's better to go into the "Preview for Developers" app and deselect the Enable Preview for Developers box first.
