I may have lost data during the factory reset?

When I first got my Lumia 950, several months ago, I remember transferring my BB10 contacts via Bluetooth. After that I did a factory reset.
Now I don't remember how I did it. Am I missing an app that I may have lost during the factory reset? I seem to remember something called "transfer my data". Now I can't find it.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Transfer My Data does sound like the app you would have used.

It is still available on the Store.
