I unable to install local apps on my SD card through

im Download and install manually from windowsphone site and downlod apps in SD card 0. when try to install the app im receive above message

You need the WP app deployment tool, included in the WP SDK. Just give it an app, and it'll install.

No you do not.
That tool is for developers to install apps.
