I Upgraded My Lumia 640 LTE to Windows Mobile 10 and I Have NO Keyboard Anymore

I upgraded my Lumia 640 LTE with 8.1 Windows OS. Now I have Windows 10 v10.0.10586.107, without keyboard, so I can not type anything. Phone noted me that there is a recommended upgrade to v10.0.10586.164. After download this upgrade can not be installed and phone reset on and on. The main problem is missing keyboard. What should I do. Thank you in advance for any kind of help.

i recommend you to do a hard reset as it crushes such bugs and gives better performance. do not restore and start afresh

After download this upgrade can not be installed and phone reset on and on

if this keeps on happening use windows device recovery tool and roll back to 8.1 then upgrade again

i recommend you to do a hard reset

or " my phone was not detected" using WDRT
