The dude is going to quote and link to that thread eventually (or may not do so) when he write an article that will either be a clickbait (or not) on some other site, leaching traffic or bringing some back to our forums depending on if he links this thread or not.

Either way - I felt like this thread shouldn't exist. Reason - using our members as survey responders on our own site to write an article on another website that brings them more clicks. If he wants to survey, he should ask readers on his site. Daniel could write an article if there really are issue with 928, riiiiight?

This happened once before with another user and Dave asked Daniel if it was ok. Daniel agreed on that one. And they were hoping to get a plug.

Actually I discussed a similar situation with Daniel he said just let it go. He told me that he wished WPC could write every article but that's just not life. If the forums can benefit from the traffic why shouldn't we. Lets just let it be for now. If he starts posting links to his website we will need to remove them and give him a warning.

Here is the think we are the biggest WP community on the internet. With that come this. Writers looking for public opinion will come here to get it. This is where the public is. We will always promote our blog over others but if another website does it different first or better it will be discussed here. This is the place to go to discuss all things Windows Phone. I love that you all have loyalty to our writers and our blog but lets don't pass on an opportunity to boost our traffic. Here is the thing if that guy uses our forum in his article people will come here to review and hopefully that will lead them to our blog.
