I want to Buy Microsoft Lumia 540.
My need is browsing, Music, camera, Messenger, little bit plying game..
Should I buy it for this year?

I wouldn't, the writing is on the proverbial wall for Windows mobile. That being said, some people still love and enjoy it. A good friend of mine swears by the 950s he keeps buying. Also for a LONG time after BlackBerry went out of fashion, Kim Kardashian (I've heard) used to stock up on used 9900 on eBay so she could keep using one! lol

Honestly, there are a vast selection and better devices on Android and affordable like the Moto G6 or the Nokia 6 2018... those just for starters, there are many others.

Unless you're getting a ludicrous price, I wouldn't.

Web browsing isn't up to par, Facebook Messenger isn't great if you're talking about that, Windows 10 Mobile doesn't have a future and Windows Mobile is hardly the platform to game on.

Don't do it.
Browsing is poor.
Camera of lumia 540 is nothing to rave about
So Get decent android phone with good camera .
On android you have plethora of browsers,music ,games choices.
Use launcher 10 or square home launchers to enjoy live tiles like functionality.
Also there are many cheaper android phones with nifty features like finger print reader which you will not get on lumias.
