I found some problem with existing backup Setting which can be backup on any internet connection. Due to this the limited data on carrier consumed every alternate day around 50 Mb also it suck battery .
Please head to the feedback app and search the following phrase and upvote and comment on it
"Backup only over WiFi
All backup type need to have option for backup on WiFi because some carrier has limited data.
Also add the removed option update app only on WiFi in store and the photo upload over WiFi "
