IE11 Freezing Up

Ever since Patch Tuesday, I've been having this problem with YouTube on IE11 where if I go and try to scroll around a little bit in search for a video, after a few seconds or after an attempt to load the next page of videos, IE11 will just lock up on that page and basically become non-responsive. Even closing the page takes a few minutes. I don't know what that's about, but it's become a really annoying experience when trying to watch videos from my subscriptions and basically is rendering the site useless. Is anyone else having this problem and does anyone know any way to fix it?

No problems here. Before the update I had some problems because of the Ad Block, but no issues after the update.

Freezing up on my PC as well. Very spotty if it works or not...

I should point out that it is IE11 on Win 7, not Win 8.

Get used to it. It's been happening on my Surface Pro since launch, and has continued with Windows 8.1....

More than the freezing, the memory leak issue in IE is still not addressed. When you open 'n' number of tabs and close them, the CPU memory usage doesn't reduce. As a result, CPU utilization is high, battery power consumed badly and system gets hot.
