IE11 Not syncing tabs from PC to mobile

Recently updated to windows phone 8.1 and I'm having no problems what so ever with other syncing material, such as passwords etc. But my tabs are the only thing that is not syncing from my pc to my mobile. I have checked the sync settings within my phone, and the sync settings within windows 8.1. Any help is greatly appreciated.
