IE11 on 8.1 not syncing tabs

I'm sure there's probably some easy solution that I don't know of here, but after deleting the browsing history on my 1020 to save space, I can no longer see the open tabs I have on my tablet. Is there something I'm missing here?

sometimes it take more than 5 minute to show up , I opened 4 tabs and now they are showing up

You mean I need to have IE11 open on my phone for 5 minutes, or wait five minutes after opening them on my tablet? Either way, it still doesn't seem to be working...

Yeah, it's definitely still not working. It syncs my browsing history from the tablet just fine, but I still can't see my open tabs. No amount of resetting or fiddling with settings has helped.

I've got the same issue. Win 8.1 laptop and tablet, wp 8.1 phone. Tablet sees everything, phone sees everything, laptop sees nothing. Any ideas on this?
