If you dropped your pen and cracked the tip

So I dropped my new pen and apparently the pen tip is very fragile so it's very easy to crack. Went into MSFT store, they replaced the pen and gave me a set of those additional tips for free.

So if you drop your pen and crack the tip, go to your local MSFT store (or online if bought online), tell them you have a cracked tip and they will replace the pen for free, and might even give you free tip kit if you ask nicely.

I dropped and cracked my tip. I'm really surprised there aren't multiple tips in the box. Did they think the tips were invincible? My experience so far with online support has been subpar. Not sure if it worth my time. I did buy a box of tips when i ordered my Book but I only like using one of them. Why can't I buy a box of all the same kinds of tips? It's dumb given how fragile they are.

I had an aappointment so they probably saw my hardware. But they were very chill and just gave it to me and took the broken one. They could've just changed the tip, but instead swapped out the entire pen and gave some free tips.
