Thanks for all opinions and advice. If Surface Phone exist, I hope the price is still in the range of affordable to buy. And I hope Surface Phone will be announced in September next year. I knew that the camera technology owned by Microsoft among the best, that's why I'm reluctant to switch to Android.

I understand but like I said if you're just looking at camera tech and quality alone, I know you'll find some worthy devices especially if you like to push your mobile photography and shoot manually. In that regard, Microsoft pales in comparison. I still think Rich Capture is pretty awesome though.
